Introducción

Somos el grupo B9 de 1º B de Educación Primaria, compuesto por Fanny Hidalgo, Francisca Hurtado Millán, María Martell Ramírez, Cristina Martín Ordóñez y Ángela Mira Pérez.
En este trabajo hablaremos sobre la Radio Televisión Española (RTVE), los elementos y objetivos de esta. Empezaremos preguntándonos ¿Qué es RTVE? Y ¿Para qué sirve RTVE?
RTVE es una sociedad mercantil estatal que organiza la gestión indirecta del servicio público de radio y televisión española.
RTVE es un ente público que sirve como vehículo esencial de información y participación política de los ciudadanos, de formación de la opinión publica, de la cooperación con el sistema educativo, de difusión de la cultura española y de sus nacionalidades y regiones, así como medio capital para contribuir a que la libertad y la igualdad sean reales y efectivas, con especial atención a la protección de los marginados y a la no discriminación de la mujer.
Se conformó en 1980 con el Estatuto de la Radio y la Televisión Española que englobó en el Ente Público RTVE las sociedades estatales, Radio Nacional de España, Radio Cadena Española y Televisión Española y disolvió el anterior ente autónomo RTVE. La red de difusión, el Instituto de Radio y Televisión Española y la Orquesta y Coros de RTVE quedaron integradas como servicios comunes adscritos al Ente.
La Ley de la Radio y la Televisión Estatal de 5 de junio de 2006 disolvió el Ente y las sociedades TVE, S. A., y RNE, S. A. creando la actual Corporación RTVE.
En 2007 se creó la dirección de Medios Interactivos, iRTVE, al mismo nivel jerárquico que TVE o RNE.
Actualmente, la Corporación RTVE tiene naturaleza jurídica de sociedad anónima y su capital social es de titularidad íntegramente estatal aunque es institucionalmente independiente respecto del Gobierno y la Administración General del Estado. Si bien está bajo funciones de supervisión por parte del gobierno, ejercidas por la Secretaría de Estado de Comunicación del Ministerio de la Presidencia.

 In this investigation, we are going to talk about “Radio Televisión Española” (RTVE), its elements and objectives. We’ll start wondering “What is it RTVE? What’s it function?”

RTVE is a trading state society which organizes the indirect management of the public Spanish radio and television service.

RTVE is a public entity that works as essential vehicle of politics information and participation, public formation, educational cooperation, Spanish culture divulgation and from its nationalities and regions, as well as a capital  way to contribute for freedom and equality to be real and effective, specially to protect discriminated people and not to discriminate women.

It was conformed in 1980 with the Spanish Statute of Radio and Television which included in this public entity: State Societies, Spanish National Radio, Spanish Channel Radio and Spanish Television and dismissed the previous self-governing entity of RTVE. “La red de difusión, el Instituto de Radio y Televisión Española y la Orquesta y Coros de RTVE” were integrated as community services attached to the entity.

Governmental Radio and televisión law of 5^th june 2006 dismissed the entity and societies TVE, S.A., and RNE, S.A. creating the present RTVE Corporation. In 2007 the Interactive Media management, iRTVE, at the same level than TVE or RNE.

Nowadays RTVE Corporation is an anonymous society and its capital is completely from the state although institutionally is independent from the Government and General State Administration. Even though it’s under supervision functions by the government, executed by the State Secretary of Communication from the Presidential Ministry.
